Heuristic Investment Systems provides investment strategy and asset allocation research and analysis to the fund and investment management industry. It also licenses a front office portfolio management system called the Fixed Interest Engine.

Established in 2003, HIS brings together skills in investment management, research and analysis and investment technology solutions. The co-founders are Damien Hennessy and Nicholas Hugh. Both have extensive experience in managing investment portfolios, formulating and undertaking investment research and analysis, marketing investment processes and designing, developing and implementing investment technology solutions.

Our Investment Strategy Bureau service provides dynamic and strategic asset allocation and equity sector analysis and advice to the investment management industry. Utilising our Strategy Engine platform and its extensive financial and economic database and analytical tools, our Bureau service delivers interactive and objective investment strategy support and asset allocation and equity strategy recommendations.

The front office platform is designed to provide the fund manager with the functions required for effective portfolio management and administration.
